HOW ONLINE ASSESSMENTS WORK

All of our assessments are done using video calls e.g. Zoom. We always start the process by listening to you and taking a thorough history of your injury, its onset and symptoms.

Then we observe you perform a battery of biomechanical and strength tests with the aim to identify all possible factors that may have contributed to your Achilles pain.

Finally, we compile a bespoke treatment plan (with pictures and videos of your exercises) that takes your symptoms, lifestyle and training goals into account. You can read more about the online physio process here.
