This is our Four-Step Process that will help your Achilles tendon recover as quickly as possible.
HOW ONLINE ASSESSMENTS WORK
All of our assessments are done using video calls e.g. Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom. We always start the process by listening to you and taking a thorough history of your injury, its onset and symptoms.
Then we observe you perform a battery of biomechanical and strength tests with the aim to identify all possible factors that may have contributed to your Achilles pain.
Finally, we compile a bespoke treatment plan (with pictures and videos of your exercises) that takes your symptoms, lifestyle and training goals into account. You can read more about the online physio process here.
